Incredibly grateful for Sophie’s compassion and empathy throughout hypnotherapy. I had never heard of this kind of therapy and it helped me over the course of a few months to really change the way I think with Sophie’s guidance. So much information and knowledge given and explained before even beginning hypnosis. Really beneficial and great to have a therapist who you can feel genuinely cares for you as a person. My young adult daughter had an intense fear of medical injections needed for her health so I suggested trying hypnotherapy. Sophie was recommended and also provided general online sessions for her. I have noticed my daughter’s outlook on aspects of her life she had previously struggled with also improved , and last week she successfully was able to undergo her injection !
